Yesterday I contacted Debenhams asking why no refund.
They said they needed a copy of my returns receipt.
If I had not contacted them I assume no refund would be given
What a terrible Company.
My first only time ordering from them.
They have ruined the reputation of a once great organisation

Purchased top on DBZ. Very poor quality so returned. Very hard to get returns label from them, poor communication, have eventually returned item and have been waiting over 4 weeks for a refund. Would not use again

A broken product was delivered on 12 December and the lack of any customer service means it has still not been picked up, 26 days later. Their returns process only uses bots who haven’t managed to respond to me in the 2 day time frame at any point. I want a refund!

2 occasions I've had my purchase cancelled by them, no explanation and once sent out the wrong size of clothing. They take £2 for cancellations or returns btw. Debenhams is not the same company it once was, go elsewhere.

The product comes as a flat pack assembly and they don't tell you this unless you refer to the returns policy.

Twice I have recently shopped via Debenhams online and both times now I have had extreme difficulty returning very simple items. From my order number not being recognised to having difficulty finding clear instructions on what to do, it seems this company is making it as difficult as possible for people to return items in the hopes that the returns window passes and they can keep people's money! Whilst the customer service reps I have finally managed to speak to have been very helpful and polite, I feel I shouldn't have to even be speaking to customer service over what should be a simple return process like every other company in the world seems to provide!

There was no returns label in the parcel and when I tried to print out a label, the order number was incorrect.

Still waiting on a £94 refund that Debenhams are refusing to pay back!! I cannot believe the strenuous reruns system of sending back to individual concession and then Royal Mail collected my returns and printed the label but customer service has said they cannot refund anything as I don’t have the label even though Royal Mail printed and stuck the label on so I didn’t have a label anyway.

99 delivery charge and claiming to charge a RETURNS FEE (when the customer has not made any return but in fact the seller cannot fulfil the sale of goods they offered in the first place).
