“Good prices for good quality clothes on their own Quechua brand. Good communications from purchase to delivery. On time, tracked delivery. Had to return an item and although I had to pay postage myself, the returns system was clear and I was refunded without any problems.”

“My family and I lived in France for seven years and then Belgium for five years, and during this time, Decathlon was our local sports store where the whole family exclusively bought sports kit for all our different activities. The children virtually grew up in your store. Then this summer we moved back to the UK and there doesn't seem to be the same abundance of your stores here but luckily I can still buy online. There are items you sell that I can't get anywhere else.”
