the size instruction on the website is bugged (doesn't display) and incorrect (when it does display), everything i ordered is 2 sizes too big, although i followed the size instruction also, every item seems to have its own size format (uk, us, europe, M vs 32 vs 42... ), it is extremely confusing, and incorrect.

Speedy delivery was great however the football boots I purchased were to be a present and they arrived loose in a bag, NO BOX. I think for the price of the boots, £75 the box should have been included. I have never experienced this issue with any other retailer

I am 65years old and bought a Tribord snorkel mask after seeing one on your website. I have at last had a chance to snorkel for the first time and this was the answer I had been looking for as I could not cope with the usual mask/tube and was scared! I have just had a great time in Maldives and have seen fish under water for the first time! Thanks

I am absolutely fuming, paid for and ordered 2 new rugs for my horse, 2 days before supposed to be delivered they email to say not available, so order cancelled, money refund within 7 days, 11 days later still no refund, contacted decathlon but no answer to why I haven't received it, meanwhile my horse is freezing her butt off ????????????.

At DecathlonUK we aim to provide excellent customer service and ensure any qualms or problems experienced by our customers are dealt with both efficiently and professionally. However, it is apparent that in this instance we have failed you of this. For this, we are deeply apologetic. Upon further investigation, we have discovered that once the order had been placed, and our warehouse team went to pick the items to pack and send, they discovered that the items were in fact faulty. As soon as the warehouse team informed us of this, we then informed you. Therefore, saving you from receiving a faulty product and from having to deal with the hassle of sending an item back for a replacement/refund. Want to thank John from the bike repair department for the excellent polite attitude and incredibly quick service: left my bike today in the morning, got a txt message in 30mins that it was already available to pick up. THANK YOU, John. You rock.

Cant understand why it costs 4.99 for delivery and then nothing is done about sending the item for at least 5 days. Buy anything from almost anywhere else online and have to pay that sort of delivery price your most likely to get it next day if not the day after. What service are you using, carrier pigeons???
