“The order was delivered within acceptable limits. Not as good as other companies though. The trainers I ordered I hoped would be nearly identical to those previously ordered, worn and loved. Not so. A cheapened version. Not sure I will order from you again. Singularly unimpressed with staff in Poole shop. Most unhelpful and pretty disinterested.”

“I wanted a quality but inexpensive 'walking/confidence rope' as hopefully it will spend it's life at the bottom of my rucksack. Decathlon had exactly what I needed 'SIMOND HIKING ROPE 7.5 mm x 20 m'. Ordered online and delivery was quick. In the past I've bought and used the SIMOND ALPINISM LEATHER GLOVES II they lasted a whole 18months of mountain then chopping/carrying firewood. Again a quality but inexpensive item ordered online and delivered quickly.”

“Great sports clothing, excellent value for money and good quality, speedy delivery at reasonable cost. The sizing (for children at least) is really quite small but once one takes it into consideration and orders couple of sizes up - all is well. Will definitely continue using Decathlon and would recommend it to anyone.”

“Granddaughter over the moon with Jodhpurs, horse jumper, and ski trousers. Other granddaughter over the moon with sparkly gymnastics leotard and shorts. And I was over the moon with quality and price . Have since been to shop in Edinburgh and bought a few other things for their Christmas. Very pleased”
