“I ordered trainers online to be collected in store. The website was easy to use and the cost of the products can't be faulted and were very good. The only let down was the service and attitude of the staff in store. To say he was moody and abrupt is the understatement. He acted like I was an inconvenience, shame as otherwise the process was spot on.”

“Took a week to organise delivery due to missing products. Difficult to contact tou via email, web site didn't work very well (contact tools)' products are often unavaliable when you try to purchuase the transaction- web siste not up to date”
