Wensday comes waiting for delivery about 1 o'clock in the afternoon I get a email to saying my return had beed refunded I never returned anything as I had not received it.

I find their refund policy unacceptable. Having bought 2 very faulty goods whilst on holiday in France I now find that a refund is not possible. The goods have to be returned to the shop where they were purchased. I have no intention of making the trip back to France to obtain my 40euro refund. Holiday makers be warned. Do not return home unless you have checked your purchases carefully.

God awful experience regarding returning a t shirt and getting a refund. I was considering buying a bike from you but absolutley no chance now after the fiasco with this return.
I'd never buy anything from you online again.

I send Decathlon a picture of it and they apologized for sending me a faulty item but they cannot offer me a refund because I currently live abroad.

When I came back to Decathlon Surrey Quays the manager refused the replacement or refund for the defective part saying it could've been my fault.

Was waiting for new 2016 model of Town 9 EF scooter, it appeared on their website, but with references to 2016 & 2015 models in the description so emailed for confirmation of which model it was. Was assured it was 2016 model so purchased it. They then sent me the 2015 model. Called for more info as to why, no one actually knows what the 2016 model is, including the UK Oxelo 'expert'. Don't get me wrong, the 2015 town 9 is a great bit of kit, but I was missold on the basis of a pre-sale email from their customer services that clearly stated I would get the 2016 model. They offered me a measly £10 refund!

we opened the box and the back gears were hanging off !! I called and spoke to Sonia who advises me to walk with the bike to the nearest bike shop to get it fixed as I had no transport and send them the receipt for a refund .

Had to phone CS again, this time i encountered a more helpful staff member who refunded me the difference in price between the two parts; claiming that Decathlon didn't stock the spare that came as standard on my bike.
