Received online order. Obvious red pen mark on white cricket trousers. Items were creased up in a ball in the bag. No care when picking. No care when packing. No paperwork in bag to make the return easy. And their returns online is crazy complicated. Might be an idea to learn from how Nike does online.

I had tried to follow my order online but just kept sending me to returns but I had received my order ! I contacted Decathlon by phone and they explained they couldn't send the order as one item wasn't in stock.

Your internet ordering systems, process and returns procedure was the worst i have ever dealt with. Your company accepted full payment for my order.and congirmed goods were in stock when they were vlearly not! The goods finally. over a month later than the.delivery date.

Firstly I do not like that you have to pay for your own returns, when it seems pretty standard now aday to receive a free returns label through Royal Mail or collect + etc. Secondly I have returned and sent some shoes back that did not fit me and have not heard anything back from Decathlon. No email or something. Quite frustrating.

I am then dragging myself back to the store due to having to pay for postage for poorly sized clothing as returns are not free unless returning the whole order.

Just received an XL jacket, the quality looks quite good but the size is way out. I have had Medium size jackets bigger than this, i just hope that the next size up fits. Its a bit annoying that you have to pay for the return cost as most mail order firms now are free returns.

Didn't want the order, could not cancel, have had to wait for order to be delivered to a shop to collect, refuse to pick the order up and wait for it to be returned to Decathlon. No communication on the order been returned to them or how I go about getting a refund of almost £50, bizarre returns scheme and unsure whether to use Decathlon again in future.

Returned some childrens items as the sizes come very small and asked for the next size up. Have not even had acknowledgement of returned goods. Also returns are not free...
