Really great customer service. Very quick at sorting out the problem (which was all of my own making!) and provided a contingency plan if it doesn't work for some reason.

I really wanted to purchase a coat that was low on stock so I thought I would try to reserve one - I couldn't figure out how to reserve it online, so the customer services representative I called kindly put me on to someone in store to reserve it the old fashioned way!

the service was Excellent and it arrived really quickly the products are really good quality at a low price, however when you purchase shoes, it would be better if they get sent in a shoebox especially if they are branded ( I had bought some Asics) but generally it was an amazing experience.
