“Eight year old swimming costume and bikini barely fitted. I did not check the sizing as my daughter is 8 1/2 and the next size up was for a 10 year old ! Please explain why you are mugging us off with seriously undersized clothing. I am then dragging myself back to the store due to having to pay for postage for poorly sized clothing as returns are not free unless returning the whole order. Highly irregular, time consuming and won't be ordering online again.”

“I buy a bag online , i receive that is delivered to the store but i dont find it when i go . they ask me to come tomorrow and the just call me to tell that it dont come and MAYBE tomorrow you get it maybe not . Hope the Money refund will not as bad as this”

“I ordered on-line and the parcel was delivered to the wrong house (as per Royal Mail tracing system) - so I had to contact Decathlon again to re-organise the order - this was done in an eye blink by one single customer service advisor with no questions asked - and the new parcel was delivered in 48 hours by courier - OUTSTANDING (Then I found out where the original order had been delivered and returned it) Bravo Decathlon - That is the epitome of customer service - I will be back”

We regret to inform you that the UK law requires large shops in England to charge 5p for all single-use plastic carrier bags. Charging started on 5 October 2015. The aim is to reduce the use of single-use plastic carrier bags, and the litter they can cause, by encouraging people to reuse bags. Large businesses need to charge for single-use plastic carrier bags. “We recently bought a bike pump from Decathlon's Bolton store. When we tried to pump up a tyre we found that we couldn't. We emailed the customer service team, who immediately offered advice. Unfortunately we still couldn't pump the tyre up. Customer services offered to replace the pump, which they set up beforehand so the valve was right for our bikes.Within one week we had a replacement pump which works. I cannot fault them.”
