Dreadful customer service…. I had a problem with a swimsuit.. it faded very badly….I complained and was passed around from store to head office etc for 3 months and in the end I gave up ..no doubt what they wanted….

Prices are okay, quality is okay for what you pay. Do not expect any form of customer service however. Also they defaulted my payment method to Klarna (Which looked to me like a scam) and scared/confused me when I started getting messages asking me for payment weeks after I thought I had made one. This was my 3rd order, there may not be a 4th

I love the products itself. However it is frustrating to arrive to half empty store in Oxford after 1h drive. Poor online availability and empty shelves. I'm after cycling accesories and components. It seems like the wave of road bikers came through Decathlon UK in the beginning of the season and shop has never recovered from it.

Really worst delivery system, it's been 2 days my package in my city but the delivery people are not bothered to deliver it, this problem bcoz of Ecom Exp. Surat that too 2nd tm. Hope Decathlon people will change the Delivery company! https://t.co/zGa8Qx6Rw0 It was in my city and the delivery didn't happened, then the parcel went back to Banglore hub now it's on way to start(my city) really pathetic service in india! I can't even cancel the parcel and get my money back.

Nothing against their Stores, their staff or their products but my experience of their on-line delivery does not inspire confidence. The Tracking record for my delivery is the worst I have ever seen. It was supposed to go from Birmingham to Bristol and out for delivery. I still do not know when I can expect delivery, or worse still having been passed around so many wrong destinations, what condition it will be in when it eventually arrives.

I love your products, but this time went for home delivery. DHL is the most inconvenient courier form you could possibly choose for domestic deliveries. 8am to 6pm window does not work. Other providers like DPD give you an hour's window, or a safe place to leave the delivery. It's cost me more in lost work to be here all day than I spent with you in the first place. I would pay an extra charge to be able to track the delivery and not waste so much time.

Purchased a pair of Newfeel PW 240 Men's Fitness Walking Shoes 2 months ago, and already have had to change the insoles due to the cushioning flattening, furthermore the tread on the rear sole of both shoes have worn down flat. (unable to attach photo). The fitting of the shoe was great and were comfortable, just think they should have lasted more than 2 months. Went in to the Oxford branch to advise them on this and want to purchase a different pair for my fitness walking. They didn't want to know about the problem with these shoes and advised me to buy a mountain hiking shoe instead advising it will last longer!! Terrible service. Walked out empty handed (apart from my old shoes) and still looking for an alternative pair that will last longer.

Very poor online experience, I received an email to say order created, with a tracking number - no way of tracking via this number as it doesn't conform to any of the formats listed. Two days after it was due in the store I still had not received an email to say it was ready for collection - It clearly says on the original order Please wait until you have received an email before attempting to collect. I ring head office can't get an answer, so I ring the store directly and its sat there waiting to be collected!! Very poor communications

On the phone you said I could choose express delivery that would be guaranteed within two days. However your website will only allow a guaranteed delivery of 6 days. Thanks for wasting my time.

Was waiting for new 2016 model of Town 9 EF scooter, it appeared on their website, but with references to 2016 & 2015 models in the description so emailed for confirmation of which model it was. Was assured it was 2016 model so purchased it. They then sent me the 2015 model. Called for more info as to why, no one actually knows what the 2016 model is, including the UK Oxelo 'expert'. Don't get me wrong, the 2015 town 9 is a great bit of kit, but I was missold on the basis of a pre-sale email from their customer services that clearly stated I would get the 2016 model. They offered me a measly £10 refund!

Decathlon emailed our school to say they had delivered our table tennis table when in fact it was still with the delivery company. Then when we asked them how this has happened, they said that I had changed the delivery date with them which was untrue and made it seem like it was our mistake. We were expecting this a while ago however the first time they tried to deliver this, they damaged it on the way. So we are still waiting for our table.

looked at some walking trousers and had great difficulty in working out what sizes were what. Eventually bought a hat and even then it had no size on it.

The click and collect service took weeks to come and then the size was wrong for one of the items! Been very happy with in store purchases but not click and collect.

I went to Decathlon in Surrey Quays to get my bike seat adjusted. Apparently, the seat post was too small, but they tried to adjust it anyway. They broke the ring to adjust the seat post in the process. I didn't have a choice but to buy a new seat post from Decathlon, as they broke my bike and I couldn't put the seat back in. Without asking, the guy installed a new seat post, which was much more expensive than what I wanted to spend on this. He also told me that the ring was broken, as if he had forgotten that he himself broke it just a few minutes before. Not a very customer friendly experience.

Click and collect not there on time....self serve check out..security tag left on but when stopped at door security didnt check so i had to return to have removed.

Despite my order being picked by Thursday 15 December it didn't arrive at my chosen pick-up location until lunchtime on Wednesday 21 December by which time I had left for my Christmas break and had to go without the presents that were in this delivery. Nobody answered the helpline number when I was trying to enquire as to when the parcel would be delivered and a message to your Facebook page was ignored until the parcel had been sent to the pick-up location.

Maybe it was just ordering at Christmas but my order got stuck in the system and I had no communication from Decathlon as to where my order was and when to expect it. It narrowly arrived just before Christmas and all was ok but I was very disappointed with the customer service from Decathlon. Having said that the scooter that I ordered is great.
