“A couple of the branches on my tree were broken in transit, one branch was outside the box. I’ve had it for a few days now and those branches have died. Hopefully the tree livens up a bit. Not sure I’ll order another live plant through them.”

“I was disappointed in my purchase of this item. When I opened the package I thought there would be a small dangling item so when the doorbell was rung it could be heard. I looked in the package to see if I missed it but nothing. And I’m usually happy with everything I order!! :(”
