“It was packaged very safely and arrived quickly. I love the look and functionality of it! It was easy to assemble except for one screw hole being misaligned. My husband had to use his drill to make the hole where it was needed. That is the reason why I'm dropping my review from 5 stars to only 4.”

Hello Yvonne, It sounds like you had a positive overall experience with the 3 Tier Basket Stand, but I can understand why the misaligned screw hole would be frustrating enough to lower your rating. It's great to hear that it was packaged safely and arrived quickly, and that you love the look and functionality of it. The assembly issue, though, could definitely be a setback, especially if it required extra effort to fix. Hopefully, the manufacturer can address this in future designs!
