“Item ( set of 2 Swivel Metal frames )was great until ...went to put in photo ... first had to clean off glass where paper photo stuck to glass. Then several times get photo straight in frame then realized after 7th try I measured the frame...Well, the frame itself is totally uneven all over all the edges and the arms to swivel are uneven making it all crooked and photo will never be straight Didn't try second frame Other purchase of Melting snowman platter that 3 outta five had damage issues got solved wonderfully Just received replacements and while one arm spreader is chipped I can trade for damaged plate set”

“The lamp is beautiful but it didn’t come with a shade and the bulb base is not screwed in tight. I used a shade that I already had and it is extremely hard to keep level.”

“I think they have some really nice products and some of the products I don't think are as nice as the pictures and the description I will not buy any more of the surprise boxes because I've been disappointed a few times, but I still like a lot of their product.s”
