“Extremely fast and efficient service — I used the express service because I decided rather last minute to have them signed by a specific person during a brief last minute visit for other reasons. I ordered them on a Sunday afternoon to my destination address (I was due to arrive Tuesday afternoon) in hopes they’d arrive before I left (Friday morning) because I really wanted this specific person to be my witness. I was pleased to find that the documents in fact arrived before I did! They were in pristine condition and the accompanying information is extremely helpful. 10/10 service at a very competitive price.”

“When the passport office lost my birth certificate and both my deed poll certificates I was really upset because I didn't know what to do, especially when they said they could replace my birth certificate but not my deed polls! But after a quick Google search I found this company and it turned out to be a pretty simple process. The online form is really easy to follow and I had my new documents in no time. The only thing I regret is not paying the extra to have a copy stored on their system but if this ever happens again I will.”

“Very pleased with the service from this Company. My Deed Poll arrived quickly, and included helpful information on how to proceed. I previously thought I would need an enrolled Deed Poll for companies to accept it, however, this was not the case. I have now changed all my details using my Deed Poll and am using my new name with no problems.”

“I was pleased with the speed that you dealt with my request. The only thing that I don't understand is why had to sign the document the day my witness signed the verification. I initially thought that I would get a copy of the original deed poll with the date I originally changed my name. Other than that I was happy with the service received.”
