“Very helpful staff, but the administration of setting up two new policies was painful. Took me several hours of checking and rechecking and getting multiple errors removed, basic things like insured address, correspedonence address, policy holder name. But as i said, saved by the helpful staff, though I wish they had done some quality checking before sending things out.”

The quote for the new application for house insurance was found quickly, and the various points and conditions were explained in a forthright manner.
