“Very helpful staff, but the administration of setting up two new policies was painful. Took me several hours of checking and rechecking and getting multiple errors removed, basic things like insured address, correspedonence address, policy holder name. But as i said, saved by the helpful staff, though I wish they had done some quality checking before sending things out.”

The quote for the new application for house insurance was found quickly, and the various points and conditions were explained in a forthright manner. “Having gone through the nightmare of subsidence, I assumed getting insurance would be very difficult. “I recently had to find new insurance for our home and contents, the current insurer having doubled the premium, despite my not having made any claims. Jonathan was very professional, knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice. As a result of this I took out a policy which was very fairly priced and which offered more cover for less than half the cost of my previous insurers. I am delighted with the service provided by Deeside and hope to use them for all my forthcoming insurance needs.”
