Taking out insurance: Everything works very smoothly to arrive at the end result. Clear instructions and plenty of opportunities to ask questions are given. It is a little like overkill to have to sign documents, scan them and send back but not a real problem. I have not had to make a claim yet so cannot comment on the effectiveness of claim procedure.

17/02/18 Just E Mailed the required signed documents as requested, well within the 7 days allowed. Now we shall have to wait and see during the insured period of one year.

Very pleased with the way things went on the phone, but my main annoyance is why do we have to go through all those questions if nothing has changed from the last time. Just one simple question would suffice. Has anything changed from last year??, would save time and money.

Dear Sir /Madam The only problem that I have is the Lady who is looking after us is a little bit on the pushy side I received Two Emails and a letter and Two Phone call to see if I was renewing My ins with yourself, and this is happening every Year, one reminder is sufficient and no hassling please. As regarding the Lady explaining My Insurance I cannot fault is just the pestering, Thank You Regards R E Jones

Firstly, thank you for taking the time and posting your review. To ensure we protect all of our customers and their interests, we do send the initial renewal notice followed by a chaser letter and calls to prevent any cover expiring without a client being aware. However, we are aware everybody is different and although some may appreciate the reminders others do not feel it necessary, therefore, we have already put notes on your record for renewal next year to ensure that you are only contacted as per your request below.

completed on line, called to finalise, Steph doubled checked everything to make sure I have the cover I needed, emailed me the paperwork, signed it emailed it.........Boosh job done. the main reason is: I have a claim pending, previous insurance company premium doubled!!! Yet "Aim4agreatquote" after telling them all circumstances still done the quote a 1/3 cheaper. that's what made me happy

Confirmed with insurer that window locks would not be a condition imposed on acceptance. The basic price was not edged up and I was happy to take a few addons. Such as legal.

All sorted quicky, easily, and cheaply! But I would like to see them address their emails, which print out in tiny letters - so tiny that you can sometimes not read it, as they have the emails set to print all the tiny, tiny stuff at the bottom. I have previously advised of this, but nothing has been done about it. (So is this site only looking for 'happy' quotes?)

Had a quote that l was considering. When l rang back to confirm the person l spoke to while check everything was correct as to what l had filled in said the first quote was no longer available at that price but she found me a better offer for my needs that came out slightly cheaper. Also as l'am under going hospital treatment so not fully returned to work she said if l paid monthly then when l get back on my feet l could pay remainder off as l usually pay annually. Customer service was exceptional
