Hi Terry, That should be a question directed to reviews.co.uk rather than the review post itself. Not sure if you are the same Terry that responded to previous poor reviews; if so, you should already know how to do this! Try these links: https://www.reviews.co.uk/front/review-management https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/blog.reviews.co.uk/best-practices-for-reply-to-negative-reviews/amp/ But in my opinion I think you’re asking the wrong question; in nearly all the negative reviews the lack of response from emails and calls is what seems to annoy most people - perhaps if your company improved its customer communication/care they wouldn’t feel its necessary to warn others about their shopping experience at one of your websites.
