This is an easy to use, largely automated service, which really helps with the Delay Repay service provided by the rail networks.

Great site, I have used them for a few years now to get the money I was rightly owed from Southern after 2 years of delays. Highly recommend subscribing to save a lot of your own time.

Having the frustration of delayed trains is enough to send you over the edge. However I have peace of mind knowing that I will get something back thanks to DRS :)

Great service. The emails prompts to tell you of your delayed/cancelled trains are really helpful and you receive constant updates about your claims.

As a busy commuter I have little enough time for constant train delays let alone filling in compensation forms. Delay repay has saved me all the hassle and time of claiming compensation. It has allowed me to get full value out of my £5k Annual Season ticket.
