DRS makes the normal chore of submitting a delay repay request a breeze. Train operators seem to make it as difficult as possible to claim money back but it is one click of a button with DRS

Delayed train emails are useful. It's easy to upload tickets to the portal. An app would make this even better!

The layout for identifying and tracking possible claims is user friendly. I am now in the habit of uploading my travel card weekly and reviewing my delay repayments.

Twice now I stop getting, as with now, I stop getting notification with my changing any preferences on my e-mail system. All I get is its for me to sort with my provider. Not sure why when I have changed anything. Has anyone else experienced this with hotmail?

What a simple service. Load up your train ticket, enter your routes and then at the click of a button when you are delayed you can submit your claim. I've been with delay repay for a couple of years now and highly recommend it to all commuters. Top marks to the whole team.

I receive regular updates of delayed services on SE Trains and the process for reclaiming is very efficient and easy to use. There are occasionally anomalies where I know my train was delayed but it either does not appear on the daily update or the claim is rejected for some reason best known to SE trains. However these anomalies are few and otherwise I thin the DRS works very well and worth the monthly subscription.
