“With the current awful state of the railways and their inability to run a service despite planning this huge change for months and months, it’s nice to have a site such as this that records the failures and gives you the details to make rightful claims using the delay repay system. Let’s make the rail companies pay back what it rightfully ours.”

“DRS works seamlessly for me. The notifications follow up very close behind the (delay) day while the horrendous journey home is still fresh in the memory which is useful when claiming. Using the claim system is easy and the staged reporting / back-up from DRS is excellent so you know where your claim is in the system without having to contact them. I would recommend DRS to anyone who regularly commutes.”

“Management and central secure storage is one thing. Solid Integration into the browser is another. The security centre and swift updates on possible breaches from across the internet just add to the fact that everyone should be using Dashlane. I’ve been a member for several years and have found their customer support (in that rare event) were superb. Can’t fault it. (I’m not affiliated in any shape or form).”

“Easy to use so I've made many more claims than I ever did before. Gives me the satisfaction of knowing that the TOC is being held to its commitments. Plus DRS more than pays for itself. When it stops paying for itself the mission will have been accomplished!”

“I now don't have to worry about remembering to claim which has two great outcomes for me a) its automatic with Delay Repay and b) I don't get angry filling the form out or when I forget to claim. I have already got my monthly fee back for the year - the rest is mine :-)”

“Delay Repay Sniper has taken all of the hassle out of claiming for delays and cancellations. I quite happily pay the monthly charge to take care of all of the administration in submitting claims. It is a highly recommended service.”

“Delay Repay Sniper is great! It all sounded a bit dodgy at first but it is utterly professional and entirely legitimate (provided you don’t make fraudulent claims!) claiming is incredibly easy once set up - I spend maybe 5mins every two weeks to get back what is rightfully mine after Southern’s lousy service”
