DRS has greatly improved my life. Now instead of fuming away when I am delayed by Thameslink, my thoughts turn to the exquisite revenge I will wreak on then by forcing them to pay me £0:89p compensation plus processing costs for ruining my morning or evening plans!

A very good service that makes submitting delay claims a breeze. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is I believe it would be even better if it was a native app and the submission of ticket details was a little simpler (needs a user experience specialist in order to improve this). Well worth the subscription cost, many thanks.

Love this platform. I only wish that it was around years ago.... the ££££'s Ive spent and not bothered claiming back. Once set up its a doddle.... daily emails that let you know of all of the delays. Simple 1 click to make a claim.

In a great service. However. With the increase in monthly price, I now have to claim 4x from zone 5 to break even. So the system doesn't work for me anymore. Shame.
