I am now using my second Dell Laptop in 6 years, I believe the product is great but is let down by the service especially as I paid an extra $400 plus for premium service. I can't get help and they have closed my task request. That's disappointing.

Only reason for giving a 3 out of 5 was for the 3 delivery change dates and useless customer service center.

First time I purchased a Dell product was more than a decade ago and I was overly impressed with product quality and service.

Couldn’t be better - major failure of charging diagnosed as motherboard. Service visit booked and completed on time as advised. Brilliant service..!

I bought a Fantastic laptop from the Dell website. I am so happy and very satisfied with the product. Also the customer service was really amazing.

Bought a replacement computer after being treated very badly by another computer company Compadvance. What a contrast Dell were, so helpful along with a top service, only matched by few other companies, including Amazon

I take all the negative words back about Dell computers. The customer service I received was excellent.
