We're as frustrated as you are with some of these recent delays but unfortunately, once we ship the package out, some things our out of our control. Hello - Im very sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your package. I took a look into this and see that we shipped it out on September 7th. Unfortunately, it seems like the carrier experienced some sort of significant delay (as you know, the orders usually arrive very quickly).
I just checked your tracking number and it says that it is due to be delivered tomorrow (Thursday). Please let us know that it has been received. Thanks!

“I order a lot of cake and flying monkey carts that come clogged and with 1/4 the tank already empty, last flying monkey came with juice leaked all over the cart and inside the box. Did return an order one time due to clogged carts and did get store credit but had to go through trouble of shipping it back and they made me pay my own shipping on the replacement carts I ordered with store credit even though it was over the $50 spending minimum, so I didn't even mess with returning these last flying monkey cart that leaked everywhere, I just won't order those anymore. The Maui Lab carts have all been really good, full to the top with juice and are not clogged.
The store has been fantastic with how fast they ship the orders to you, and communicating with you, just wish they would check the carts before sending them. Many are clogged and aren't even 75% full of juice.”
