All BOGO promotions on our website very clearly state that you must add 2 items to the cart to have the BOGO activated. We'd be happy to credit you for the second device. “I selected to have 2-3 shipping on a Friday. So Wednesday delivery at the latest and I didn’t get my order until the following Monday and I paid extra for shipping. One pen doesn’t work after charging but other than that the other times I’ve used them they have been good! No response on a follow up email o sent either.”
