“Products are always top notch. About 70% of the time, shipping packaging is not sufficient to prevent the product packaging from getting damaged in transit. The other 30% of the time, products are shipped in a small cardboard box and arrive in perfect condition. Customer service over the phone is spot on, but not so much via email. Overall great shopping experience.

“I reached back on June 15th asking for credit towards new purchases and have yet to hear back. I sent all emails to support@delta8resellers.com. asking for assistance on getting back credit due to damaged product we recieved. I placed another order on June 10th and would like to ask that a credit be applied for the order that was damaged (136659) toward this order (141444) or applied credit towards my next purchase.”
