“Customer Service is really important to me and DE exceeds my expectations. I have had a couple of cartridges plugged and leaked. They replaced the product right away. I'm happy I found DE. I'll keep ordering! Actually just placed another order!”

“I recently had a cart come damaged and leaking. I sent a couple of pictures and a copy of the invoice and my replacement was shipped out the next day. I've placed several orders and had 2 things need to be replaced. Things happen but they're always quick to make it right.”

“Sleeping was a problem. Turning my head was a problem. Neck pain severe from arthritis. All gone with the help of Delta Extrax I can now perform my daily tasks with less pain get some sleep. Thank you”

“Pictures wont upload stuck at 100% or id add those too. I joined Delta Extrax Discord on ,July 8 2023. I joined due to a issue with a product. I contacted support and had my issue handled. The products have also relieved/lessened the pain in my back and knees. The gummies also help me sleep thru the night. Since then I've not bought from any other brand. Then i had issues with a shop and D.E went ABOVE and beyond and helped when it wasnt needed or their area. Since then I've helped others find their way to D.E. I don't mean buying in shops i mean from the site it self. After the amazing service, concern and more shown by T.E/D.E , I wont recommend any thing else to folks. When a company actually listens and gives a heck about their customers, patrons and community, you know you need to stick with them like they do for you. So till the day D.E quits or is shut down , I will always recommend D.E and the amazing community they have. D.E isn't all about the money from my point of view. They genuinely look for the benefits and care what we think and actually listen to . That alone should be enough for anyone. Sincerely A Thankful Community Member. Chi7ds”
