“I’ve been trying to reach Customer Service for months. Everytime I try to log in it’s a problem and I’m not receiving my points. I spoke to someone and was put on hold and dropped twice. I also generated tickets for emails and told someone would contact me soon. They have NEVER returned my calls and left me on hold for over 20 minutes and just dropped me. This company has a great product but their customer service is very very very very poor.”
