The product is great. Customer service is not takes them days to weeks to get back to you and takes them weeks to days to mail anything to you. I paid over a $100. I made an order almost 2 weeks ago I still don't have it. However, they keep on emaling me promotions to buy more and to leave them a review. As of right now as I'm typing this review. They still have not sent me my product.

I’ve been trying to reach Customer Service for months. Everytime I try to log in it’s a problem and I’m not receiving my points. I spoke to someone and was put on hold and dropped twice. I also generated tickets for emails and told someone would contact me soon. They have NEVER returned my calls and left me on hold for over 20 minutes and just dropped me. This company has a great product but their customer service is very very very very poor.

Horrible customer service. This company will send defective products to clear out their inventory. Then make the customer jump through hoops to fix it.

I placed and order and paid for priority shipping. I was told it "shipped" and was given a tracking number. 2 days have passed since I was given the tracking number and the shipment is still showing as "accepted" and hasn't actually shipped. I've tried calling and emailing them a few times for an update but I've been unable to reach anyone. I feel like paying for priority shipping is a scam and I definitely don't feel like anyone is trying to help me figure out what is going on with my order.

Our warehouse works very hard to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, as outlined on our website: "If you choose to purchase Priority Shipping, your order will still have a processing time of 1-3 business days, but shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. Please note that Priority Shipping decreases the amount of time your order is in transit, but does not put your order at the front of the processing queue." Ordered Delta Extrax products 21 days ago directly from their website. Paid for priority shipping as well. Have yet to ship any of the products I paid for. Have had zero communication from them as well regarding my order. Customer service fails to answer too. Not a good customer experience!
