“Couldn't recommend this company at all. They began by double charging me for the plates which I had to sort out by contacting them. When they arrived the plates had a really bad finish around the outer edge of the plates with small chunks missing. The front plate arrived with a large scratch on the front and the colours look pretty dull too. The man who I spoke to on their contact Email about the issues (Gary) was rude, blunt and refused to refund me after I complained and sent images of the poor quality plates. He said "there will be no refund and you have no right to one". Avoid using this company, you can get far better quality plates anywhere else for less money. It wouldn't have been so bad if the person I spoke with wasn't so rude and actually knew how to speak to customers politely and professionally.”

“Really quick delivery, I only had my driving licence and V5C new rider slip. I was worried it wasn't enough but the day after I got a confirmation saying they were being dispatched. Well packaged and brilliant finish. No holes drilled which makes it a bonus as some had plates I saw had preholes”

HI Peter, Thank you for your comments. I have checked on our system and can confirm your documents were received after 12pm on Friday 12th May, so unfortunately your parcel did not make the dispatch for that day. However I can also confirm your order was dispatched on our return to work (as we are closed on Saturday & Sunday) on Monday 15th May. This was with our normal royal mail tracked service and delivery was made On Wednesday 17th May. Thank you again for your review.

“They supplied what I had ordered promply. After I had ordered I realised I wanted to alter one minor item on the plates. This was done efficiently by someone who clearly knew the product and the options available and I received confirmation of the change by email before the phone call was completed....perfect”
