“Overall quality of plate itself very good and exactly how I ordered However, only after checking my accounts had I found I had been debited 3 times for the plate, one payment had been credited back but I had not been made aware of this. Now awaiting a reply on when I will receive my second repayment.”

“Great service, great people that I spoke with. The service was fast and the plates look good. The website wasn't too good as I designed my plates and went to the checkout to pay but once I paid, the order was still in my shopping basket. I ended up paying three times but the lady in the office called me the following morning to tell me and the over payment was quickly corrected and the money returned to my account. The only negative is that I chose the option not to have any advertising for Demon on my plates so this was removed from across the bottom but when they arrived their was supplier advertising in smaller text that didn't show on the website when I designed them”

Thank you for your review David. The small markings that you are referring to, are our BSAU details and unfortunately they do have to be on all our number plates. This is the law I am afraid. www.demonplates.com

“Top quality plates, bought my wife new a new private plate and had them made by Demon plates. Personalised them with the pink surround, flower and name at the bottom. The missus loved them. Will definitely use again AAA*********”

“The 'site is extremely easy to navigate and the plate builder is quick and simple to use. The choice of letters, badges etc is better than any other number plate 'site that I've looked at. I've ordered several plates over the past few years from Demon Plates and they've always been good quality at a great price and dispatched quickly.”

“Completely happy with service only discrepancy I had found was the same day dispatch comments. I emailed my paperwork immediately in the morning an it took 3days for the order to arrive. No issue but I'm sure there's some suggestion on next day delivery for prompt paperwork recieved?”

We do advise that we will dispatch orders the same or next working day, once documents are received and i can confirm that your order was dispatched within that time scale. Your item was sent with the royal mail tracked, where delivery is 2-3 working days. We unfortunately do not offer a next day service on our website. www.demonplates.com

“i love the plates as theyre personal. i was unsure about a few things after placing an order and it was nice to speak to a nice helpful person on the phone. quick delivery came with fitting tools. great.”

“Easy to use. Very fast service. Definitely recommend. If I were Demon Plates I would make it more apparent I'm DVLA approved though! Had to dig around a bit to make sure.”
