“I called a few times before placing the order. Wait time probably a minute or less. Knowledgeable salesman. Descriptions of items and part numbers matching my Ford parts book were helpful in deciding on buying from you versus another. Some could be better though. The lower flat rate for under $100 was helpful too.”
