“I don't normally write reviews - I get asked for so many - but I had such a good experience with Denny & Sons I want to share it.
I ordered a Le Creuset milk pan via their website and a few days later I got a phone call from them informing me that they had a pan but they could not find the box. I said that it didn't matter and to send it anyway, and the man I spoke to said that they would wrap it carefully in bubble wrap. When it arrived a couple of days later it was indeed pristine and wrapped in bubble wrap but they had included a Bodum travel cup and a hand written personal note thanking me for my understanding over the box! Absolutely not necessary but really appreciated. Excellent customer service! :) I will definitely use them for all my kitchen needs!”
