“Service was excellent: when my order was processed it was discovered that the items were not exactly what I needed. I received a phone call to make alternative arrangements. I was then worried about a timely delivery for an event I was planning but the company sent my order first class courier when it did come in, to ensure I got what I needed on time.

“I ordered cafetiere spares. The bottom plate of the replacement filter assembly would not screw on to my cafetiere, although I had ordered the right model.
I used the old part, because I really only needed to rplace the gauze filter.
If I had needed the bottom plate, I would have been very cross.”
