“Denny & Sons delivered my products quickly and in first-class condition, and responded promptly when I sent them a question by email. The pans were sent in recycled packaging, which is good for the environment, however the labelling on the package was confusing because it said "Lasagne Roasting Tin" instead of "Frying pan". Also, the second pan I had ordered (at the same time as the first one) arrived some days after the first product, but I was not warned that the products would come in two deliveries. I had therefore written a concerned email to customer services who assured me that the delivery was on its way.”
