“Ordered some counter stools from them and they were beautiful. Sadly I did not like the comfort of them so we had to send them back. The customer service was great in helping with the return. They were prompt with the initial shipping of the chairs as well.”

“Amazing customer service I ordered too many chairs and they immediately emailed me a return label and refunded me for the extra purchase. As far as the chairs I received they are QUALITY. I purchased the black leather bar stools I’m going to get a few lunge chairs I love ghem so much. EXCELLENT!!!!!!”

“The Vail Counter stool in Saddle leather was gorgeous.. and a quality made chair.. however it just leaned back a little to much for the elders in our household so we opted for another choice.. we needed 6 of them and needed to be sure they were perfect.. The chair is perfect.. but we need to buy a different one only because of our situation with kids and elders... M.”

“My experience with Denver Modern has been great from start to finish. I did have a reason to contact their customer service and am grateful with how they resolved the issue. They couldn't have offered better service. I feel as though, they "get it" in regards to how to maintain and build customer relationships. I will order from them again because of this. Also, my pieces are absolutely gorgeous and of the highest quality. Highly recommend!”

“We love the bench, perfect size for our upstairs hallway. Great quality and love the warm colors. I was able to view the bench in the showroom and purchased online, the process was seamless and delivery was way faster than expected. Delivery service was very professional. I would highly recommend purchasing from Denver Modern.”

“Great customer service and great product! My new Yama stools are beautiful-exactly as pictured on the site. And they are sturdy! I’ve only had them for a week but the quality is already evident. We also find them to be very comfortable. When I was getting ready to order I had a code for free shipping that wouldn’t work. I reached out to customer service on the chat option and they immediately gave me a new code that worked. Then after I’d placed my order, the communicated regularly until I reviewed the items, as well as after delivery. Highly recommend Denver Modeen.”

“I am giving 1 star for the Range stools, which are beautiful but easily break if they are knocked over. However, 5 stars for customer service. They were so great to work with and went above and beyond to rectify the issues I experienced.”
