“We love our Vail Chairs and Ottoman. They shipped quickly, arrived in great condition and the packaging was easy to remove. No assembly required was also a great plus! They are extremely comfortable. We've gotten so many compliments on the aesthetic and comfort from guests at our home. The leather is also easy to wipe off, which is great with three young kids in the house. I've always admired this brand on social media and have been pleased to see the product lives up to the hype!”

“Absolutely love my Vail bar stools in Vintage oak leather. They are unbelievably comfortable. Well worth the cost. I also ordered the Vail lounge chairs and ottomans in black boucle fabric. They are also so comfortable and I love that the leather straps are adjustable. Highly recommend Denver Modern! Great customer service also”

“The stools are flawless. But the customer experience I had after they shipped was dreadful and one I will never forget. As soon as I got notification of the shipment, I emailed Denver Modern to hold the shipment. That didn't get actioned timely and it shipped. Per their instructions, I had to then download the FedEx app, create an account, and go on "vacation hold". I did all of this. I kept getting notices that the delivery was coming. I kept reaching out to Denver Modern like "What is going on". The barstools delivered while I was not home. And a very kind neighbor picked them off my stoop and brought them to my landing (on 3rd floor). There are huge email threads covering all of this. It was incredible stressful. And could have been avoided if my initial email was answered/addressed promptly. As for the product -- barstools are superb. 10/10. As for the customer experience, not so fun 1/10.”

“The chairs I bought look really nice, but require a lot of time to break in and be comfortable. Delivery wasn't great. Paid for white glove and had a large crate left in my driveway from FedEx Freight. Customer service gave me a small discount for the hassle, but was still a pain in the butt.”

“Denver Modern is top notch to work with. The product is quality, people are wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with all of our room choices. Delivery and arrival times were communicated, teams professional and clean and everything arrived as expected. Actually more beautiful than expected!”
