“The furniture is beautiful with high quality construction and craftsmanship. The customer service is excellent. An item of mine received minor damage in shipping and the team worked hard to get me a replacement so that all the pieces I bought could be flawless.”

“I am enjoying our vail chairs and looked forward to delivery of the new slipcovers I ordered. However I am disappointed with the workmanship of the covers The selvage is raw and gets tangled in the zippers on both the gray and sand covers. My boucle covers have finished seams and do not unravel. I had expected the same craftsmanship when the linen covers arrived.”

“I have had my eye on the Boucle/Oak Vail counter stools for a while, and they turned out to be everything and more than I hoped. The packaging was awesome and they look so beautiful! They are so comfortable I even purchased the Boucle/Walnut Vail loungers because I love the stools so much! Customer service is second to none. It could be intimidating purchasing furniture on the Internet, but trust me, you will receive an exceptional product that you will love!”

“The designers were very helpful with providing answers to my questions and offering an incentive to make the sale! They provided swatches and followed up while I was on the fence to buy. The chairs were packaged perfectly with an inner box and an outer box. The boxes showed no sign of damages like dents or tears in the cardboard.”

“The product is good quality and good looking. The service from Denver Modern was great. When the table did not show up in the estimated lead time, I contacted them and got a quick response. Delays were related to holiday freight schedules and had nothing to do with Denver. Modern.”

“Bought two vail loungers earlier this year love the quality and design. Hand delivered as I live here in Colorado, bough extra covers, the velvet is very durable. My puppy ended up chewing the wood arm cover on one chair and their customer service team promptly sent a replacement set ! This was very kind and was a standout in my experience furniture shopping !”

“We purchased the Vail Counter Stools and could not be happier. The leather is great quality and must have been treated to protect them. The look is exactly what we wanted. They are sturdy, comfortable and stylish. They arrived with felt on the feet, so no worries about them scratching our wood floor. They were expensive, but we believe they are worth the price.”

“I recently purchased the Vail Chair and love it. It is a very well made piece which provide a level of understated elegance. The chair itself is super comfortable and will be the perfect edition to our new living room. Denver Modern was easy to work with as well.
