“We ordered the Vail counter stools; and they are THE BEST counter stools! Stylish, Sturdy, and so Comfy! We had zero issues with delivery and in fact they were shipped out within a week of ordering when we expected longer. I would and do HIGHLY recommend Denver Modern!”

“We had a really great experience with Denver Modern. We loved the look of the Vail Lounge Chair, but we weren’t sure which material was right for us so we ordered swatches and received them promptly. We decided on the Charcoal Boucle, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and purchase! We will absolutely be shopping with Denver Modern in the future.”

“Not only is this product absolutely beautiful and comfortable--what I truly love about this company is its customer service. It is always so lovely dealing with someone at the company and they are quick to resolve any issues, should they arrive. Not easy to find in this day and age!”

“These bar stools are very comfortable. The fabric, leather and metal feel like quality materials. We love the modern, clean style and look of them in our kitchen. They were delivered quickly, came well-packed and were fully assembled. We would buy again from Denver Modern.”

“First, let me say the stools are amazing. We did have several hiccups with the damaged product, but Kyle and the staff were very quick to respond and take care of every problem, reshipping the replacements very quickly.”

“The product delivered, after delays of course, is beautiful. However the quality has been disappointing and the service has ben atrocious. As of today we have called twice and sent 4 emails with NO REPLY. We are still waiting for someone to contact us back about our counterstools becoming unsewn after 1 month. Please note that each counterstool was over $600. However, we continue to receive several emails a week pertaining to marketing and asking for reviews, but not about the product we've actually purchased. The experience has been less than satisfactory especially since we were led to believe these were a high quality product purchased from a high-end store. I hope since you asked for an honest review this helps not only me to get a resonse but in your future business.”

“Denver Modern was a PLEASURE to work with. After completing my order I changed it and it was No Problem. Arrived in good time, Incredibly well packed (Double Boxed) and I Love my new VAIL STOOLS. “I thought it was weird for this "carbon neutral" footprint you speak about you delivered all 4 of my stools in two orders - wasting gas, time and money.”

Thank you for the feedback! We work really hard with our shipping providers to make sure your deliveries are made efficient as possible. Our carbon neutral program is design with a proprietary algorithm that estimates each unique order’s carbon footprint in real-time by looking at variables like shipping distance, package weight, and product type. All those variables are taken in consideration in determining the small fee at checkout to offset the carbon emissions from your delivery, even in the case that you had 2 separate deliveries. Hope this helps!
