“The return/exchange process takes entirely too long. The outsourcing to a 3rd party for pickup and delivery has made me cancel my 2nd order. Also, even though it is stated on your website, leaving the pallet upon delivery for customers to deal with is a bit odd. My experience in the buying process and return process was not great and I would not recommend anyone buy from here solely because of this.”

“I had been eying the Denver Modern Vail Stools for some time, and I finally bit the bullet. So glad I did because these stools look great and the quality is amazing. They may be a bit more expensive than similar stools out in the market, but it's worth paying for something you know is going to last and if you purchase these stools when you buy 3 and get 1 free it's a pretty good deal. Additionally, I did receive them in the time frame specified on my order.”

“1 stool arrived damaged and the customer service was fantastic. I decided to return all the stool and order the range but these stools are gorgeous too. They are very low though so be sure to measure.”

“We love our Vail counter stools!! They are so well made and beautiful. The best part is how comfortable and stable they are. Friends when they come over just hang out on the stools while I'm cooking instead of going for a more comfortable spot in the main room (previously), plus I don't have to worry about my grandkids tipping them over!!”

“I'm at the end of a whole house remodel and will be waiting for living room furniture for another month. “I ordered bar stools for my kitchen. The quality is worth the price. We love them. I ordered the wrong style to begin with but the customer service was excellent and helped get the chairs picked up and new ones delivered quickly. Super happy with my purchase!”
