“Beautiful! I saw an ad on line and looked into it. I found the beautiful bar stools. They are pricey but worth it. It matched my decor in my house and they are so very comfortable. Shipping took a while but they finally came as noted. We love them!”

“I love my Vail stools. They look beautiful in my kitchen. After a couple of months, one of the stools seamed opened on the leather. Kyle Giem was wonderful to work with. He responded to my inquiry right away and I received my new stool in no time. The return of the damaged one was extremely easy.”

“I bought stools and lounge chairs for my new apartment and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort of the pieces. Since it’s a small space, I decided to buy outdoor furniture that I could use indoor or move to the balcony in a hot day…best decision ever! The outdoor materials are as beautiful and luxurious as the ‘indoor’ ones but I only had to invest in a couple of items. Customer service and design services are also amazing!”

“The furniture is beautiful and we love our piece but the process of getting it and having issues with it has been terrible. The shipment itself took much longer than quoted to us and reaching someone in customer support is not easy. They don’t pick up their phones and when you do the call back option it takes forever to hear back. Our tables were delivered not assembled properly and there are no instructions for how to fix it. We can’t figure out how to fix it and customer support does not reply to us. For something so expensive we expected better service and quality.”

“We love the barstools but the communication in the process was horrible! We were told several different times of when the stools would arrive to the store and then we would be called to set up delivery, that never happened, and then they were actually shipped and tried to deliver when we were out of town for a week, without anybody notifying us that they were coming, I notified Denver modern about this, but ended up having to contact FedEx in rectifying the situation myself, because they are not helpful again.”

“I have to say, this business won’t be around long and they really should be reported to consumer protection. We bought four of the Outdoor Vail Lounge Chairs. Unfortunately, the chairs came in the wrong color. I called them during their supposed hours of operation FOUR TIMES. No one answered. I left a few messages. Finally, I wrote them an email expressing that I think it is inappropriate not to have an existing customer service channel when selling anything, let alone $1300 chairs. They got back to me vis email and explained that I would have to somehow box these chairs back up and send them back to them. I would pay for the original shipping, and I would have to pay for the return shipping so they can send me the chairs in the color I originally ordered!! I was floored. I would never ever buy anything from this business. Not if it were free. You better get lucky and get what you ordered the first time because there’s no one home at Denver Modern and any mistakes they make are on your dime. Good riddance.”
