“I purchased four Vail stools for our kitchen island, and I am so happy we went with Denver Modern. I was hesitant on the price, but they are worth every penny. They are very comfortable, and we can sit on them for hours! We get compliments from anyone who visits. Also, customer is 10/10. Thank you, Denver Modern!!”

“I ordered Vail counter stools and love them. Very durable, comfortable and a modern feel which is what I wanted. The company was super easy to work with when I needed a delayed shipment. They held my stools until I could receive them. They arrived without any damage - had extra packaging around them. I recommend the stools and Denver Modern! Only recommendation is that the fabric ones have Scotch guard applied - I did this myself.”

“I have requested a return a few weeks ago as my stools arrived damaged. There is close to zero customer service. Very disappointed as they were expensive.”

“We got the Baltic Chair in gray fabric, it really looks amazing and is the perfect piece for our office. We are really satisfied with the quality, the wood is beautiful, and it feels great sitting in it. Highly recommend it.”

“I always grade a company on how well they ship their products. So, when the stools arrived, I had high expectations, especially because I'd never done business with Denver Modern. If the packaging is impressive, then you know you're dealing with a professional company that values its reputation and customer service. “We were very happy with the quality of construction in our counter top stools. The quality is evident right out of the box and we appreciated that they came fully assembled and well protected packaging. We intend to order matching dining chairs when we decide on a new table.”

“The customer service person who reached out to me by text was awesome and offered free shipping. Despite being unaware that the product was 8-10 weeks out, it was fulfilled after about 3 weeks and arrived quickly. Only downside is the delivery company left me with a pallet that I don’t have a way to dispose of. The vail chairs are beautiful and very comfortable.”

“First and foremost, customer service is amazing. I initially ordered the chairs in Charcoal Boucle but quickly realized my cats would tear them up. Customer service made it a breeze to exchange them for leather ones. The quality of the chairs is great, I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“We are very pleased with this purchase but a lot of uncertainty as the shipping took the full three weeks and there was no communication in the interim. The shipping experience was well worth the extra cost of “white glove” delivery service but FedEx provided very little warning for the delivery. It would be helpful if an interim email was sent acknowledging the delivery was pending.”
