“Normally a decent product and experience; however, recently I ordered a leather ottoman and the way it was packed left a permanent crease in the middle. Customer service took a month to respond and then another month to ship a replacement. This one was folded and left even more creases. Customer service again hasn’t responded.”

“We don't buy furniture online unless we can see the product in person. There's a lot of junk out there. We were so intrigued with these stools that we literally flew from California to Denver as a stopover on another trip across the country. We saw the stools in person and felll in love. What was also great about being able to see them in the Denver showroom is that we actually then decided on a different color and material. These are truly well-made and have that look like they were made by a craftsman in a studio. High quality leather straps, solid upholstery, well-engineered legs. The wood is high quality and solid. While at the store we ran into another customer who had these stools and raved...so much so that they were adding additional Denver modern pieces to their home. Have you ever seen hundreds of five-star reviews and wondered that it simply can't be true? It's true with these. We can see ouselves adding other items from this brand as the need develops. Get these! We looked at a lot of retailers and for the price you can't do better. I'll also add that the shipping cost was very reasonable and we received them two days after orderig them, and they were packaged appropriately to ensure against damage. The quality and service exceeded expectations and is what everyone hopes for when opening their wallet for high quality merchandise.”

“I received the Vail stools very quickly, they were packed/protected very well. I'm a very picky consumer when it comes to the product materials, colors, design and the feel of the fabrics. Denver Modern did not disappoint, I'm happy ;-)”

“This is one of - if not the most - polished and professional furniture companies we dealt with while renovating and furnishing our vacation getaway! The chair, ottoman, and bench we ordered arrived quickly, free shipping, and looked gorgeous. High-quality materials, the leather is stunning, the boucle upholstery in charcoal gray is sumptuous, and the chair is simply the most comfortable seating you'll find. So, we are extremely happy with our purchase. We also worked with customer service on a small matter and were elated to find it taken care of much more than satisfactorily in less than 48 hours!”

“Really responsive customer service when you reach out. Product is beautiful. However, the shipping process was a bit of a black hole, with the item arriving later than was shown on the estimated date range on the website when we ordered and no updates on the shipping process for a couple of weeks after you purchase. The fork holding the couches together did break off on one of the Polaris sofas within a week of use and my husband had to find larger screws to put it back together. Overall, easy to do business with and would buy from Denver Modern again.”
