“The quality of the Vail Barstools is top notch! Really impressed by the craftsmanship. Also, their customer service is great. Two of my bar stools needed to be replaced and they quickly handled without question. Denver Modern has a forever customer in me!”

“Denver Modern has quickly become one of my favorite furniture companies. Their pieces are not only beautiful and unique, but also incredibly well-made. They truly elevate any space. Their customer service is commendable. I had an issue with my initial order, and they went above and beyond to resolve it, demonstrating a true customer-centric approach. However, communication could be improved. While my representative was always helpful and solution-oriented, responses were slow and often required follow-up emails. This extended the resolution process unnecessarily. Despite this, I'll remain a loyal customer. Their furniture is simply stunning and worth it. I encourage Denver Modern to prioritize faster communication to enhance the overall customer experience.”

“I'm a big fan of the Vail chair and ottoman. I loved the style and bought one but what I didn't realize until recently is th ability to swap out the cushion covers! I've now got 2 sets so I can change with the seasons. That they wash up so nicely is a huge bonus! With four pets in the house including a large Bernese Mountain dog, I won't buy furniture without washable cushion covers. Customer service has been great too!”

“The baltic chairs I received are gorgeous. The wood and fabric are of good quality and just as pictured. Delivery was timely and furniture was well protected. Upon inspection, one the chairs arrived with a missing floor protector. I reported the missing parts to customer service. It took a couple of weeks to get an update. The agent was very helpful and let me know parts were in the mail. I would recommend calling rather than email if you have a time-sensitive issue. All in all, I am very satisfied with the product and the service. Thank you!”

“Purchased six of the vail counter stools for our kitchen and the result is almost embarrassingly beautiful. They are expensive, but the craftsmanship is well-aligned with the price. The packing for shipment was superb and impervious to damage en route. The little felt pads had fallen off the feet of a couple of the chairs so check your boxes before you throw them out. The crevices between the leather rolls/tufts on the seats will catch crumbs from my 5 year old (this is common sense, not a criticism of the chair design), but easily wipe through to clean. They are heavy and sturdy with adjustable feet to fix any wobble. As far as stools go, I could lounge in one of these all day and still be comfortable. My husband felt the same and we are 5’6” and 6’5”, so that’s a good stretch. If they are in the right price range for you, you will not be disappointed with the quality. They are honestly breathtaking.”

“The Vail bar stools are beautiful and incredible comfortable, which in my experience is unusual! Most bar stools don't have the soft luxurious feel these do. Denver Modern has outstanding customer service too. I ordered the bar stools in the wrong height and they were fabulous about faciliting the return and reshipment. Can't spleak highly enough about how helpful and accomodating the staff is!”

“I am not sure how they found my on IG, but i'm certainly glad they did! After seeing the barstools I fell in love with them and as luck would have it, they showed in in my interior designers plans for our kitchen refresh! We had a chance to visit the showroom and really take a look at all options in person and I ended up purchasing them online with the intention of picking them up myself. After coordinating a time with their warehouse, the kind gentleman offered to ship them for free given we are local - what a TREAT. They arrived perfectly ONE DAY later and have been such a great addition to our kitchen. We LOVE them and they are of the highest quality - and such a great experience both in store and online. Can't say enough good things.”
