“I am absolutely in love with My new Vail Lounge chairs they are so comfortable and look so minimalist and chic they definitely make a statement in any room. They have become my favorite chairs to sit in my family. The shipping was so seamless and beautifully packaged.”

“We are delighted with the new stools. They look great with our new kitchen and are extremely comfortable. The white glove delivery was smooth as silk, and the stools arrived in perfect condition.The delivery was 2 weeks ahead of schedule.”

“The new bar stools are beautiful and well-made. They were delivered fully assembled. They were packaged very well. My only complaint is that I didn't know they were being delivered. I knew they had shipped, but I didn't receive any correspondence after that. Luckily I was home because they came on a large pallet and I had to direct the delivery driver where to leave it. I still gave 5 stars for the product, but I do think better communication regarding delivery is needed.”

“Wonderful company. Great service and super happy with my experience with them. The only thing I'd change is the delivery process and would love it if they offered white glove service. Breaking down 4 really large boxes for the chairs (actually a box inside a box for each chair we got so 8 total) was tedious and I'd love that to be included in the service as other stores provide.”

“I finally received the stools that I ordered in April 2023. The stools are gorgeous, but for the price that they cost and the length of time that it took to get them, honestly I wish I had purchased elsewhere. I have seen stools dupes that look exactly like your product and for way less than half of your cost with much quicker turnaround. I would suggest that you find a way to speed up your process and also to lower the cost of your products, as 3+ months is a bit ridiculous. Even after the product shipped it still took over a week for the product to be delivered. For something made in the USA I expect faster service. These kinds of wait times are indicative of something purchased from Japan or Hong Kong.”

“We are absolutely obsessed with our Outdoor Vail Lounge Chairs! They are SO beautiful and so comfortable! They seriously feel like you’re sitting on clouds and they’re cozy enough that I’ve already taken a nap in them! The ottomans are a must too! We sit in them every day and absolutely love them! You can tell they’re really well made and I love that you can remove the covers and wash them if you need to! 100/10 recommend!”

“I was fortunate to receive free delivery and the delivery ladies were quick and friendly. The chairs are unbelievably comfortable, I can’t wait to get the matching ottomans. One chair has accidentally been left out without the cover during a few storms, but has held up nicely in the rain and dried pretty quickly. I’m glad I listened to the review that said to just go for it!”
