A few years later I make a new account under my married name and My account got suspended for no reason within 24 hours and can\u2019t get in to even find out.\r\n\r\nRubbish site would not recommend at all"

"I purchased a pair of white jeans which arrived with a stain on them. I informed the buyer who said she had sent the jeans in perfect condition. I then informed Depop who asked for a photo, which I sent. They responded they had 'determined that the item is as described and we will not be proceeding with any further action'. They refused my any right to appeal or any refund. Total waste of money and really shocking customer service. I will NEVER use this platform again."
