Do not buy from this company if outside the EU.
Returns are difficult if not impossible due to Spanish customs.
Spanish customs will request documentation from the receiver, Deporvillage, confirming your package is not an import.
Deporvillage will flatly refuse to provide this documentation or help you in any way.
Your purchase will be sent back to you & you won’t be able to return the product.
Deporvillage will claim you used your own courier so it is your problem. Although they do not offer a return courier service if you are outside EU & they provide no warning or guidance to help avoid problems with Spanish customs.
All Depovillage needs to do is respond to the courier company, it’s a 2min phone call or email to provide customs with the documentation they require to release the package for delivery.
It is a complete stitch up. Do not purchase from them”

“A truly terrible experience with this website. Ordered a product in good faith - when product arrived it was the incorrect product and had clearly been resold as included no labels. Followed the returns process set out to me on their website but product was then rejected by their warehouse. Customer service have offered no help or solution and were extremely blunt with responses. Will not be ordering from them again and am now down over £100 for nothing. Truly shocked how poorly the website have handled this.”

Never again!
I received a £130 jacket from Deporvillage, but unfortunately, it was just slightly one size too small. I then followed the returns process as instructed on their website and returned the item via my local UK post office to Deporvillage (which FYI, is in Spain and did cost a small fortune for tracking services etc.). Long story short, delivery of the returned jacket was attempted by the courier but there was no one at the site at the time. The courier then issued Deporvillage with a 'missed delivery card' instructing them that the returned item was available to collect from their local delivery office / depot. However, despite the returned package remaining uncollected for the best part of a month and regular prompts via email from myself notifying them of it's whereabouts, Deporvillage failed to collect it. The package was then subsequently returned to my home address. I then contacted Deporvillage again via email who responded with the exact same email three times:
"You have processed the return by your own means, that means that, until it is accepted in our warehouse, Deporvillage is not responsible for your return, so we recommend that you contact the shipping company to check the status of your return.
If it appears as delivered, we ask that you provide us with proof of delivery with the stamp of our warehouse to verify that it has been delivered and to be able to proceed with the refund."
Now, obviously, I can't show proof it was delivered and stamped by their warehouse because no one was there and it was sitting in the couriers depot waiting for collection! I have shown proof that delivery was attempted and the item then went unclaimed in the couriers depot. I have requested to speak to someone from the management team. I have requested if they could organise a pick up from my home address of the jacket. I have requested a copy of their complaints procedure and now, after repeating the same email to me three times, they've just opted to ignore me.
Ultimately, Deporvillage provides abhorrent customer service and given you have to make any returns from the UK to Spain, it's a complete pain in the posterior. My advice would be stay well clear.”

The transport company GLS provided information that my track was not delivered, but deportation did not return the money to me. I am disabled, I am wasting my health and time to return 419 euro.

I recently had an unfortunate shopping experience with Deporvillage that I feel compelled to share to warn potential customers.
Firstly, my initial order was delayed by three weeks with no proactive communication from the company. It was only after I reached out to inquire about the shipment that I was informed of the delay—apparently due to an unavailable item from a sub-contractor. I was given the choice to either cancel my entire order or proceed without the said item. I opted for the latter, which in hindsight, was a mistake.
Upon arrival of the package after this hiccup, I found that some items didn't fit. I decided to return them, only to discover that the return shipping costs to Spain were my responsibility—a hefty 15 EUR on a 60 EUR return. This information was not made clear during the purchase process but buried in fine print on a distant page of their website. This lack of transparency about potential extra costs severely dampened my customer experience.
Additionally, I was required to choose the carrier myself and ensure the package was sent with tracking. I fulfilled these requirements through DHL. According to the tracking information, the package arrived at Deporvillage's facility within ten days. However, my attempts to secure a refund became a saga. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups using their prescribed contact forms, the support team was largely unresponsive. When they did reply, they claimed the package either hadn't arrived or hadn't been processed. Despite providing all necessary documentation and tracking details proving delivery, I was told months later that the package was missing and was asked to submit additional proof.
According to German law, the shop is responsible for the safety of returns. Nevertheless, I will not initiate legal action since the sum involved is too low. This is probably what the shop counts on.
In conclusion, dealing with Deporvillage was frustrating and costly. The lack of proactive communication, transparency about costs, and effective customer service support has left me very disappointed. I strongly advise against shopping with this company, as the risk of encountering similar issues seems high based on my experience.”
“I have spent 7 weeks trying to get my order delivered, or re-imbursed, and yet I am going to spend a few more minutes to write this review, out of a sense of obligation towards any future customer, before I ever again say or see the name Deporvillage.
AVOID.
Purchase was meant to be delivered in 24hrs. The day of delivery was postponed a couple of times, the customer service reply messages were automate copy paste of each other. It was clearly a systemic farce.
I reached out to the mother company/ manufacturer of the product I had ordered, and to the official distributor, and to the transport company, and claimed a chargeback from my credit card company. I tried through these channels to get clarity, and for them to inquire directly about the status of my order, and still, it took long weeks before finally the credit card company approved my dispute request and refunded me.
No one needs to waste as much time. And reading through the reviews posted here, I believe that I could also still be waiting in vain.
AVOID.
Deporvillage should be exposed, and be deterred from cheating.”

I order products from various online stores around the world, including the USA and China. Never had any problems with returning or exchanging goods. Only deporvillage.net has a problem with returns, and this despite the fact that the warehouse and office are located in Europe, in Spain, and not somewhere overseas.
