Purchased a Unit 'Diana' child's cycle. No problem with delivery all within timescale. Brilliant especially with current climate, ordered 7th Dec arrived 16th 😀 unfortunately the basket was crushed so not usable, and the welding on this bike is the worst my cycle mechanic son has seen in 15years, certainly not worth the money paid. The bicycle is not safe and should not be available for sale, especially as a child's bike

As with a number of customers my order did not arrive on time - I did receive an email saying it would be delayed, and I replied saying I wouldn't have ordered fast delivery if I had known.

Great service , great deal , fast delivery where I could track my item . I ordered wrong size , was refunded no problem and ordered correct size which arrived two days later . Excellent service will use again
