“Overall my transaction was quick and painless, my items arrived as should, no defects damages ect. However be aware this company is situated in Spain, and this is not apparent so anything over £135 you are liable to the import duties and VAT so be careful that you don’t end up paying twice (once at checkout once at border) My product was under this threshold and as such deporvillage charged me the UK vat and paid the costs prior to shipping. Sat at the border for over a week in customs but not deporvillages fault”

The tracking shown them in Spain for a few weeks and then to Germany but then I received notification there were arriving. Branded sports items at great prices ..”
“I read a number of poor reviews after I had purchased an item from them, and probably would not have ordered if I had seen them first. As with a number of customers my order did not arrive on time - I did receive an email saying it would be delayed, and I replied saying I wouldn't have ordered fast delivery if I had known. The item did arrive 2 days later, and to their credit they have refunded the fast delivery cost.
Clearly not 5 star, but I did buy at a better price than I could elsewhere and with a short delay and a refund on the fast delivery cost, I would risk their service again, so long as it's not time critical.”
