At DermalMD we have one vision, to make products that actually work using natural and affordable ingredients. Our team of chemists has worked tirelessly to develop products that fulfill this vision. Our line of products was originally developed by chemists and others who had dermatology backgrounds. We all had skin conditions or similar problems. Us chemists realized that most products just don’t work, and being that we excel in chemistry we were motivated to make products that cure common ailments like rosacea, psoriasis, and acne. Unlike the plethora of products on the market today that are seemingly high end but with cheap and ineffective ingredients, the DermalMD® line of products contains only the best beauty serums and treatments that provide real results from all-natural inputs.

Our products will never contain Triclosan, Sodium Laureth sulfate, Siloxanes, Petrolatum, PEG compounds, Parfum (a.k.a. fragrance), Parabens, Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, Dibutyl phthalate, DEA-related ingredients, Coal tar dyes, or BHA and BHT. Additionally, our products are available exclusively online to maintain our standard of quality and to guarantee their effectiveness.

“Does anyone know how long the shipping is? Sometimes it's 2 days, other times it's 5 days. Other than that, the product gave me some results. I had like a 20-40% improvement which is ok. I thought it would be a bigger difference than that”

“I came across an online ad claiming that their acne serum could clear up acne in just a week. While I did see improvements, it actually took closer to two weeks for me to notice significant changes. I feel the advertising should be more realistic about the timeframe. On another note, I also tried their breast and v-tightening serums, and I was genuinely impressed with how well they worked. So, despite the initial disappointment with the acne serum's timing, I'm giving them three stars because the products are effective. However, I do think they need to manage expectations a bit better.”

“I give it three stars because, yes, these products work miraculously, and I get that there is a high demand, but customer service took two days to answer when they advertised 24 hours. Customer service is an integral part of any online business, and if you say 24 hours and answer in 48 hours instead is not acceptable. They fixed their shipping times, I received mine in 2 days so I would of rated lower but I guess they are solving the huge demand issue. Other than that, these treatments WORK GREAT I am not denying that, but customer service is subpar.”

“While I got fast results with the serum's, seems like the quality of packaging is lacking. I understand that they say they put all their money in the ingredients or whatever but wow this stuff is expensive at least have some pretty packaging or something. Other than that works.”

“Really love this serum really hydrates your skin and the first time I have ever seen real results in a short time! There is a faint smell and I have a very good sense of smell but goes away after a few min.”
